Pre-sales Service
1. On the basis of a preliminary understanding of the customer's laboratory functions and requirements, appoint a professionally trained laboratory furniture design or sales engineer to discuss the design scheme with the customer.
2. Considering the different needs of customers and based on the principle of "humanization", the design engineer issues the design drawings and detailed specifications of furniture according to the site space, modeling, safety and convenience, so as to provide customers with more intuitive and professional product suggestions and layout schemes.
3. After discussing the design scheme with the customer, the design engineer will go to the construction site to measure and verify the dimensions to ensure the accuracy of the drawings.
On-sale Service
1. Under normal operation and use conditions, the warranty period of the promised product is 1 year from the date of delivery. In case of dispute, relevant materials can be provided for negotiation.
2. For product quality problems during the warranty period, the user shall respond immediately after notification. Those requiring on-site treatment shall arrive within 24 hours in the province and 48 hours outside the province (excluding 48 hours beyond the distance), and free on-site service shall be provided.
3. In case of man-made damage during the warranty period, the company shall be responsible for the maintenance and charge the maintenance expenses arising therefrom.
After-sale Service
1. When repairing products beyond the warranty period, rapid repair can be provided according to customer requirements to strive for time for delivery to users.
2. The company adheres to the principle of treating all customers equally, providing services, repairing and maintaining products and debugging free of charge. Only the corresponding material cost is charged, and the labor cost is exempted.

Matters Needing Attention
1. Carefully read the instructions and nameplate data.
2. When installing and removing the coupling or pulley, please use the hot sleeve installation operation.
3. When the motor with encoder is installed, knocking or cold pressing will produce impact force in the shaft direction, which is very easy to damage the bearing and encoder.
4. The dust-proof paper in the shutter shall be removed before DC motor commissioning.
5. After the connection of variable frequency motor and DC motor fan, pay attention to the rotation direction to ensure that the rotation direction is correct, so as to prevent the fan from burning out and the motor from burning out due to the wrong direction.
6. Clean the dust cover of the fan regularly.
