The most critical link in the design, production and manufacturing of high-voltage motor is the insulation structure. The rationality and manufacturing compliance of the insulation structure directly affect the performance and service life of the motor. The treatment methods of different motor manufacturers are different.
Current transformer is an important equipment in power plant and substation. The product performance has an important impact on the safe and stable operation of power system. Factory test is an important link to ensure product performance. The insulation resistance test is the basis of other high voltage tests and is a simple and commonly used test method.
The overall insulation of the motor consists of the following parts:
1. Insulation of the conductor itself;
2. Insulation between winding layers and between phases;
3. Winding insulation to ground;
4. Insulation of lead wire, connecting wire and end hoop and impregnated paint of winding.
The above four parts of insulation are distributed between strands, turns, rows, phases and ground of coils or windings, as well as the binding of conductors (such as connecting wires) and end hoops. They are combined with insulation impregnation paint to form the insulation of the whole motor.
