Aluminum Alloy Y2 Motor

Y2 series motor is an updated product of Y series motor. It is a fully enclosed self fan cooled squirrel cage three-phase induction motor for general purpose. It is a new product in China in the 1990s, and its overall level has reached the level of similar foreign products in the early 1990s. The product is used in various fields of the national economy, such as machine tools, water pumps, fans and compressors. It can also be used in transportation, mixing, printing, agricultural machinery, food and other occasions that do not contain flammable, explosive or corrosive gases.

The outer wheel profile of Y2 series motor base is square and circular, and the heat sink is vertical and horizontally distributed in parallel. All of them adopt cast iron structure. In addition, h63 ~ 112 also has aluminum alloy die-casting structure.

Y2 series motors adopt shallow end cover structure, increase the number and size of internal stiffeners, all adopt cast iron structure, and h63 ~ 112 also has aluminum alloy die-casting structure. In order to facilitate the use and maintenance of users, an oil filling device without shutdown is added for h180 and above.

The protection grade of junction box is IP55. In order to reduce the weight of the motor, h63 ~ 280 junction box is made of aluminum alloy die casting (cast iron can also be used), and H315 ~ 355 is made of cast iron. A special grounding device is set in the box. The installation position of thermal protection device is considered for h160 and above machine bases. The power incoming hole adopts double hole incoming line, and there are two sealing structures: one is encryption cover and the other is locking seal. The junction box is generally located on the top of the base and can be led out on four sides. In addition, the junction box of H80 ~ 355 cast iron base can also be located on the side of the base.
