Causes of unexplained heating of motor

The motor will generate heat during use, resulting in heating, but sometimes it will generate heat for no reason. There are many reasons for unexplained fever, such as:

1. The indoor temperature of the motor is too high;

2. Poor local heat dissipation of motor;

3. Motor running overload;

4. Overvoltage, undervoltage or unbalanced voltage during operation;

5. Frequent equipment start and stop or frequent equipment forward and reverse rotation;

6. Motor phase loss;

7. The motor cooling fan is broken or the air inlet and outlet are blocked;

8. Lack of oil in internal bearing;

9. The machine is stuck or locked inside;

10. The load moment of inertia is too large or the operation start-up time is too long;

11. Motor turn to turn short circuit;

12. The wiring inside the motor is wrong;

13. Wrong wiring of star delta;

14. The motor is damp;

15. Winding disconnection or unbalanced resistance caused by wound asynchronous motor rotor;

16. The rotor sweeps the bore;

17. The dead center flux of the motor repaired repeatedly decreases;

18. The winding process of some motors is too poor.
